      Periscope only archives the stream for 24 hours, but the user
      providing the stream can use other software to capture the stream
      as an archive, e.g. using katch.me. The provider can also stream
      tweet-like comments but viewers can apparently only send back
      "hearts" as signs of approval or appreciation. It would not be a
      problem here but in other situations, football games, concerts,
      etc. there is wide scope for IP abuse with it.  The cell phone
      better have a generous data plan, or be using wi-fi, or this can
      be pricy. <br>
