<p style="margin-bottom:0in"><font size="3">David Goulet has been a
Linux open source software developer for many years.  Before joining The
Tor Project, he maintained part of the LTTng project (<a href="http://lttng.org">lttng.org</a>) while
working at EfficiOS Inc. He is also an active developer of the
Off-the-record project which provides end-to-end encryption for chat
(<a href="http://otr.im">otr.im</a>).</font></p>
