more efficiently. And you’re both better off. OK, you don’t have to be a free trader or a neoliberal to realize that 90% (at least) of the time everyone is better off if it works that way. I have a Japanese car. I and all Americans are a hell of a lot better
off because Japanese and Koreans and Germans can sell cars in this country, it is not a “transfer of resources” it’s a trade.

set of choices that’s a trade that they deem in their interests. After all, they can always buy their local ccTLD. If they are buying new TLDs from existing suppliers (not that many are, by the way) it must be for a reason.
