support any change to their existing advisory role. I don't think
trading a role in the SMM for their "special advisory" status is
going to be palatable to either the GAC as a whole or the USG. <br></div></blockquote><div><br></div><div>Personally I would gladly welcome GAC to SMM if indeed GAC would want to use it (they have been provisioned for in the proposal anyway). proposal will then be submitted to the NTIA,
