in today's 1.5 hour call on the GNSO review. It was lively. From
the NCUC perspective, I think it is fair to say that we did not
think the Westlake representative was taking our concerns as
seriously as they should have, but we have managed to get more
time to review the report again before it goes out for public
comments. <br>
