One can chat behind the scenes with those who can speak. And when
they are cooperative, or they agree with you, they can inject a
thought you want injected into the meeting.<br>

Before being elected back onto the G-council I always listened in to
the council calls if I could, and chatted with some of the NCSG
council members making suggestions etc. <br>
<br>
At if things really go badly and you can't get you message in real
time any other way, you can shout at them using Twitter.<br>
