Thanks Rafik, and I have a confession to make. For the last twenty
five years of my working life, I had an admin assistant.
Organization is not one of my innate skills, and I was delighted
(thrilled, ecstatic, relieved) to hand over the organization of my
life to that person. So I am really terrible at keeping track of
things, as I have been spoilt.<br>
This is why I am looking for a system that will replace a human, an
impossible task!<br>
And please don't think I am criticizing your terrific efforts to
keep us all rowing the boat the same way, I just know I need all the
help I can get. <br>

<p dir="ltr">I will be really happy if people jump and volunteer
to do work when I share announcement or task in the list. And I
can promise that I will follow-up with them :)</p>
<p dir="ltr">Most of information are in the wikispace. However. I
am working with the new admin support to improve it and make it
more user friendly and accessible. Expect some changes in the
coming weeks.<br>
We are also working on using calendar to track important dates
and milestones. <br>
Finally, any contribution, concrete suggestion or help is
welcome. </p>
