As a marginal note, there is a bug in the program making the<br>
tally: if 119 ballots were cast, it's imposible to have 167 votes<br>
in the most simple election (chair, 155 ayes, 17 naughts), or<br>
137 for the most voted candidate for councilor. Does anyone<br>
have an explanation for this mistery?<br>
