<div><br></div><div>I was thinking to highlight few points, nothing controversial but still more substantive and constructive to move forward:</div><div><br></div><div>- quick presentation of NCSG as civil society space within ICANN</div>
<div>- NCSG welcomes the accountability track of course since we waited it for long : as group we have our own griefs on the current mechanisms and several members provides specific inputs during public comments . </div>

<br></div><div>we would like to improve the current proposal to be setup while we don't want to delay the process. we want an open, transparent , bottom-up and inclusive process which should be more community led and reaching those outside ICANN. for this reason, we are looking to work with parts of civil society not involved in ICANN.</div>
<div>On other hand the legitimacy of such process and the acceptance of its outcomes can be only built when the community owns it and trust the process.</div><div><br></div><div>so it is more brainstorming and recall bits of discussion happened in the list. </div>
<div>I also welcome any feedback or input, specific wording , mention of previous NCSG position on that matter. I have short time to write this statement but I hope to get your feedback asap.</div><div><br></div><div>Thanks,</div>
