There is a very short timeline for comment, due to the fact that the

draft has been circulating for 3 weeks already, so if you want to comment

do it quick.</blockquote><br>

No comment as it is irrelevant. The NTIA request concerns DNS functions

and the Charter considers IANA functions.<br>
