Name Registrants." </span>Akram Atallah, head of the Global
Names Division, of ICANN decided there was a need for this position

font-size: small;">ICANN has an exciting new opportunity for
a Registrant Services Director. The right person for the
role will build a team to develop and maintain a range of
services and activities to support the needs of Domain Name
Registrants. It involves participation in a number of
cross-organizational projects in areas such as registrant
rights, contract interpretations and compliance, operations,
legal policy definitions and implementation with a strong
focus on multi-stakeholder collaboration. This is a full
time position reporting to President, Global Domains
Division.</span></p>
<ul>

talented Global Services professionals based in various
locations around the globe.</span></li>

font-size: small;">Work with the Multistakeholder
community to define the services that meet the needs of
Registrants around the globe.</span></li>

font-size: small;">Oversee the development of services
from planning to execution, delivery and maintenance.</span></li>

font-size: small;">Become the Registrant Community
advocate within ICANN and represent their needs to other

font-size: small;">8+ years working in product/service
management in the domain name industry with an advanced
degree or 12 years with a bachelor’s degree.</span></li>
