based on an application process. It seems that what looked like “voting” was actually seconding Avri’s nomination. Nonetheless, I still don’t see a transparent process…or is the story not over?</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt; font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif"; color:#1F497D">I am sorry to see Sam withdraw and, I too, ,was operating under the impression that the process would be a true selection process based on the evaluation
of candidates against our stated criteria. There is no doubt about Milton’s qualifications but I would have liked to see a different process too so that others who may be qualified would be considered. As to Avri’s point, I agree that this is about NCSG
and not constituencies but it also should be about fairness and I didn’t even see the email that said we were running a ballot today.

I am dismayed by the turn of events and wish to stem the slide toward acrimony.<br>
