Also, I have included a clause on<br>the Council reserving the right to initiate a PDP if need be. <br><br>I hope this is an acceptable compromise and I am more than happy to discuss<br>this further. <br><br>Thanks,<br>Thomas<br><br><br></div></blockquote></div></div></body></html>
