Yes, Sam, I remember him from Bellanet. Great contributions of our<br>
fellow Canadian. I recall trying to help mediate a meeting between NCUC<br>
and NPOC with him and Klaus Stoll to try and minimize certain<br>
differences, and Alain was fundamental in cooling down and being sensible.<br>
