hi - did either of these meetings get moved or not in the end?<br>
If the NCSG policy committee meeting is at 1800 UTC I cannot attend
in person as I am travelling tonight, but I will look at the
transcript for discussion of our policy positions and of the council
motions and how to proceed.<br>

But that is what I figured, a slight shift could make it
possible for NPOC members, those with the endurance, to
