I nominate Rafik Dammak for the role of NCSG chair.

- He has shown several years of dedication to the NCSG. Since the time he was selected by the Board to serve as one of a council members, he quickly became one of the active members of the NCSG.

- He has chaired a WG, a hard WG the JAS (Joint Applicant Support) tht was a long hard slog but eventually came up with a good plan.

- He has served as the NCUC nomcom, giving him another good luck at the beast called ICANN.

- He seems to have ideas about things we could do to increase participation in the work - but I will let him tell us about that, assuming he accepts this nomination.
