of the Council meeting where the debate was whether there
isn't sufficient interest in the uniformity of reporting
issue.</div>

have made the point that there's a difference between low
turnout for a drafting team and low turnout for the actual
working group.</div>

the small drafting-team turnout may be because people figured
it wasn't too complicated a charter to write, and so people
conserved their time/bandwidth for other issues. </div>

for the drafting team (i'm one of them) and i think that would
be a sufficient group to do a pretty good job of coming up
with this (not too complicated) charter. </div>

that forward at the next Council meeting, if the Council gets
ready to kill this initiative? i would hate to see the
project thrown out just because there aren't many
drafting-team volunteers -- that's a bad indicator of
interest/importance in my view.</div>
