sent the attached letter regarding ICANN accountability to
Fadi in response to a request he made of me in Durban. I
also sent it to ATRT2 because it seemed to be closely tied
to their work. Today I requested that the letter be
posted on ICANN’s correspondence page.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
